It is a great one of a kind piece that measures approximately 1 1/4" X 1/2" and 1/2" thick. There is a hole drilled in the side and we will put it on an 18" Pliable Leather Black Cord and our signature magnetic clasp. If you would like it on a Sterling Silver Ball Chain, or a small triple rope Sterling Silver chain we will put it on one of those to the length you would prefer for an additional $15.00.
